Over 30 years in public service for Los Angeles County and the City of Carson as an administrator, city planner, geographer and economic development manager.

Active participant in the South Bay Cities Council of Governments since 1995, leading a number of regional projects, including the award winning traffic alert system

Author of numerous articles and co-author of a book on technology in government

Adjunct faculty at the USC Price School of Public Policy since 2007

Previously lecturer on geographic information systems at Cal State University Long Beach with presentations at several conferences

Member Municipal Management Association of Southern California since 1988
